I learned of Ron’s passing several years ago and recently was thinking of a few memories ……. As kids shooting a homemade bow with an arrow from Playtime in ‘Sherwood Forest’ we envied Ron with his professional bow and arrows with massive heads. And later in high school at Sherwood Ron had the cool sideburns we all wanted to grow. A good guy with a good brother, Bruce. Last I spoke to Ron was in the lobby of the Mountain Theatre where Dirty Harry was playing - I moved West and am still out here! Belated condolences to Ron’s family. Paul Stewart, Airdrie Alberta

My condolences to the Harrison family. While I have not seen Ron in probably 40 years, I immediately recognized his photo in the paper. I met Ron in grade school and eventually we both attended Sherwood, where he was seen as one of the "cool, cute guys". He was such a nice, pleasant person. Always seemed to be smiling and treated everyone so well. I was sad to hear of his passing.

In talking with my sister Joy, I was saddened to hear of the death of Ron Harrison. I grew up near the Harrison family in Hamilton, and was good pals with Bruce, so of course I got to know Ron well. I am sure he will be sadly missed. I wish to convey my condolences to the Harrison family for their loss, and know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

It was with deep sadness that I read about Ron's passing. Although I had not seen him in a number of years since he moved to Washington, he and I worked together for a number of years, and were fishing buddies for many years afterward.
I will miss him dearly, but will remember him with a smile, as "Reggie" always had the ability to make us laugh.
My deepest sympathies Barb, to you and the girls.
