Obituary of Danica Vujovic

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Danica (Dana) Vujovic on May 24th 2023 in her 88th year of life. Dana was the beloved wife of 68 years to Vladimir. Loving mother to Milorad and Branko, mother-in-law to Nada and Hasija. Cherished grandmother to Daniel, Mila, Filip and Nina. Predeceased by her siblings Ljubica, Stana, Mirko and Djurdja. Dana was born in Kula, spent her childhood in Ravni Topolovac, and completed studies in education in Sarajevo. She had a fulfilling career as a schoolteacher and is remembered fondly by many generations of pupils at Miljenko Cvitkovic School. She will be dearly missed by the nephews, nieces and other family and friends she leaves behind.

We would be honoured for you to join us for a Visitation Monday, May 29th 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek. The Funeral Ceremony will be Tuesday, May 30, 2023 11:00 a.m. at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, with interment to follow at the Woodland Cemetery, 700 Springs Garden Road, Burlington.
