Uncle Doug, I have such fond memories of you taking photos of our family reunions and seeing your woodworking skills when we would visit your house. You were always so tall and strong in my eyes, always towered over Wayne’s kids as we apparently got mom genes in the height department but the most gentle giant I’ve ever known. You will be dearly missed but please send a message to Dad, Grandpa and Grandma for us. Tell them we love them and save a seat in glory for us all to see you again. Much love sent to all of the family that is lost without you here. Love the Conrad’s in Niagara.

Uncle Doug (can’t think of him any other way) was always a steady figure in our family, as my father’s older brother. Doug loved a quiet life, and he along with Shirley were two of the kindest and most peaceful people I’ve ever known. Deepest condolences from Sheldon, Cathy and Courtney to all of the immediate family, and especially to the angels who cared for him these last years. Although we’re at a distance, know we’re with you today. Uncle Doug, please say hello to my dad for me. Here’s one of the few pics of the brothers all together.
