Obituary of Lucy Vella

Peacefully at Ridgeview Long Term Care Centre, Stoney Creek, on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Saviour Vella. Loving mother of Marion and George Leskovec, Joan and David Smith, Raymond and Valerie Vella. Cherished grandmother of Andrew and Lauren Smith, Mark and Cynthia Smith, Adam Smith, Michael and Tammy Leskovec, Daniel and Heather Leskovec, Paul and Melissa Leskovec, Phillip and Cheri Authier, Daniel Authier and great-grandmother of Landon, Noah, Adrian, and Xavier Smith, Ella, Elias, Cameron, Ruby, Layla, Isaac and Isabella Leskovec, Luca and Leo Authier.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Roman Catholic Church, 304 Highway 8, Stoney Creek, on Tuesday, April 4th at 11 a.m. Entombment to follow in Our Lady of Victory Mausoleum in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Burlington.
