It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Fred Burnell on Monday, March 6, 2023 in his 85th year. Predeceased by his beloved wife, Eileen. Cherished father of five children, Debbie, Randy, Tracey, Jennifer and Lori, grandfather of thirteen and great-grandfather of twelve. He will be dearly missed by his loving partner, Cathryn Hodgson. Predeceased by his mother, Edna Burnell and brothers, Gordon and Donald. During his many years as business owner and musician, he has met and touched the lives of many people. Music was one of Fred’s many passions (he always wanted to ensure everyone had one of his CD’s) as well as sports, cheering on his beloved Toronto Maple Leafs, Blue Jays and Yankees.  As per Fred’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
