Obituary of Joan Braidwood Harkness

HARKNESS, Joan Braidwood Peacefully at her residence on Saturday July 23, 2011, in her 76th year. Beloved wife of Thomas. Loving mother of Craig (Mitzi), Kimberly, and Scott (Bojana). Loving Nana of Erich (Tara), Alexandra and great-grandson Noah. Survived by her brother and 2 sisters in England. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A private family service will be held on Wednesday with cremation following.
