Obituary of Phyllis Irene Mitchell

Passed away peacefully, at Juravinski Hospital, on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at the age of 102. Predeceased by her beloved husband Gordon. Dearly loved mother of Dawn Snider, Carole Livie (Peter), and Paul Mitchell. Cherished grandmother of Tearza, Sonja, Suzann, Joanne-Lynn, Terrylynn, Gordon, and Janice. Dear great-grandmother of Zack, Adam, Jesse, Montana, Chance, Brady, Drew, Parker, Marcedes, Grason, Patrick, Nicky, Melody, John, Kielee, Tara, Jennifer, Crystal and Samantha. Also survived by her great-great-grandchildren Leo, Eli, Willow, Hadley, Memphis and Emerson. Phyllis enjoyed working as a book binder for many years. She had a love for crafts, knitting, and sewing the most beautiful clothing. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Monday, November 14, 2022 from 10 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Tapleytown Cemetery.
