Obituary of Michael Leslie Laidman

Passed away peacefully at his residence on Saturday, November 5, 2022,  at the age of 57. Beloved husband of Kim. Loved step-father of Kylie and her husband Ben Gallagher, William MacLeod and his wife Miranda. Cherished Papa to Olive and Maeve. Predeceased by his father Glen Laidman. Survived by his parents Arlene and Murray Hudspeth along with siblings, Maureen (Barrie Kronemeyer), Lori (Tony Sgro) and Joanne (Ben Vandenberg). Will also be lovingly remembered by his nieces and nephews Jennifer, Lindsay, Alex and Matthew. Michael had a lifelong love of baseball and was involved in many leagues. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Saturday, November 12^th from 2-4 p.m. A Celebration of his life will follow at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 622, 12 King St. E., Stoney Creek, from 5-7 p.m. Online condolences and notes of sympathy may be left at www.donaldvbrown.ca
