Obituary of John Stephen Ribbecon

Passed away suddenly on Friday, June 17, 2022, at the Juravinski Hospital, Hamilton. Beloved partner for 30 years to Cindy Bailey. Loved father of Travis, Jamie Lynn and Papa John to Chloe and Carter. Dear brother of Daniel (Cheryl). Will also be missed by his nieces, nephews, extended family members and numerous friends. John was a retired employee of the City of Hamilton with 46 years of service. He was an Avid Sports Enthusiast, and he had a passion for older model cars which he lived out through his membership in the Corvette Club. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, June 23rd at 10:30 a.m. followed by interment in St. Ann’s Cemetery.
