Obituary of Brenda Halvorsen

HALVORSEN, Brenda (Jones) Peacefully at her home in Leamington on Tuesday, July 28, 2009, in her 52nd year. Loved daughter of Jack (Irene) and the late Helen Halvorsen. Former wife of Dan Jones and longtime partner of David Kimball. Loving mother of Vanessa Jones, Rochelle (Chris Ingratta), Daniel Jones (Jocelyn). Cherished grandma of Ezekiel. Dear sister of Brad and Carolynne Halvorsen. Also survived by many nieces, nephew, aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, August 1st at 1:30 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 8th at St. John's Anglican Church, 60 Erie St. N., Leamington from 1:30 to 4 p.m. In Brenda's memory, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
