Obituary of Yvonne Inez Hall

HALL, Yvonne Inez (nee Mole) - Peacefully, on Saturday, November 24, 2007, at the Clarion Nursing Home, Yvonne Hall of Stoney Creek, in her 88th year. Yvonne was the beloved wife of Stan (deceased March, 2006) for 61 years. Cherished mother of Denise Hall-Petrovic (George), Jan Hall-Apostol (Bob, deceased October, 2006), Madeleine Myciak, Jennifer Hall-Baynton (Brent), and Michael Hall (Denise McGilvery). Lovingly remembered by grandchildren Amanda, Alexis, Candice, Leo, Evan, Paula, Melissa, and Davis, and great-grandson Antonio. Sister of Bethea Jane Mole of Toronto. Predeceased by sister Bernice Ferrand of Alberta. Yvonne and Stan both graduated from McMaster University with Honours in French and German. During W.W.II, they served our country as censors in Ottawa. Yvonne was a loving wife and mother, spending her married life creating a nurturing and caring home for her family. She was an active member of the Women's Auxiliary at the Church of the Redeemer in Stoney Creek. She also belonged to the Glendale Golf and Country Club. She lived in Stoney Creek for over 50 years. In keeping with Yvonne's wishes, cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME, 36 Lake Ave. Dr., Stoney Creek on Friday, November 30th, from 12:00 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
