I am going to miss Dar so much. She’s been in my life since I can remember. She was another grandmother to me. I remember the beach strip garage sales that we would go down to every summer, having hot dogs, going swimming in the lake, helping sell things.
I hope you rest peacefully with grandpa. I will love you and miss you deeply.
My condolences to Jeff, Matt, Adam and Brett.

Gramma Dar is what my kids called Darlene. Their memories of her easter treats were the best. Memories of garage sales and good times at the beach! Dar made my Dad so happy and we were lucky to have her in our lives. She was such an amazing strong compassionate lady. My thoughts are with Jeff and his family. Rest peacefully Dar xo

I am really sorry to hear of Darlene's passing so soon after Jack's death but I know she was not well. I am Jack's first cousin and we had many enjoyable times with Jack and Darlene over the years and I would try to keep in touch with them by calling Jack every few months but because of Covid we were not able to see each other.
