Obituary of Alberdina Johanna Visser

(nee VanAmerongen)

Joanne has gone home to be with the Lord on October 29, 2021 in her 83rd year.  Beloved wife and best friend of Klaas for 62 years. Cherished mother of the late Klaas Jr, Ron (Karen), Tim, Marc (Lisa) and Rachel Small (Ryan). Devoted grandmother of 16 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.  Joanne will be fondly remembered by many family and friends. Joanne poured love abundantly into each and every person who knew her. She loved the Lord, her family and people and her legacy will live on into eternity. Friends will be received at Donald V. Brown, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday November 2, 2021 from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m.  A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at West Highland Baptist Church, 1605 Garth St, Hamilton with interment to follow at Binbrook Baptist Church Cemetery. If you wish to attend the visitation or funeral service, masks are mandatory and registration should be completed on the Funeral Home website or by calling 905-662-2948.  A live stream of the service will be available on the Donald V.
