Obituary of Paul John-Joseph Leger

On October 18th, 2021, Paul suddenly passed away at the age of 73 years. His generous heart and infectious laugh will always be remembered fondly, by his family, friends, and all that met him. His life consisted of working for the Sheet Metal Union-Local 537, where he later became a Business Manager for the Union. He had many interests which included the Steel City Scuba Club, Toastmasters, showing his classic cars on Cruise nights and kayaking. He was always up for an adventure and a good laugh. He was a fantastic Dad, Grandfather, mentor, friend and all around great guy. He will be completely missed by his daughters Nicole Tihor (Alan Tihor) and Kristen Leger. He leaves behind two grandchildren Alexander and Hannah Tihor. The world lost a great man, but Heaven gained a beautiful soul. Forever in our hearts. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Paul’s Life will be held at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Sunday, November 7th from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Online condolences and notes of sympathy may be left at www.donaldvbrown.ca
