Obituary of Greg Linington

Suddenly at home on October 25, 2021 at the age of 65.  Cherished husband of Jill (nee Dunlop). Loving father of Brad (Jen) and Stacy Piazza (Alfio).  Devoted Papa/Grandpa of Abby, Hailee, Luca, Daniel and Anthony.  Also remembered by his brother Dave and Uncle Den Smith.  Predeceased by his parents Dorothy and Bill.  He will be dearly missed by many other family and friends.  Greg recently retired from Bartek Ingredients with over 25 years of service.  He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed trips on his motorcycle.  He was a great supporter and biggest fan while watching his grandchildren play sports, enjoying time with them by the fire in the backyard and always being a special part of their life.  Friends will be received at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Sunday, October 31, 2021 from 11 a.m. until the time of service in the Funeral Home Chapel at 1 p.m. Cremation to follow.
