Obituary of Bernice Gregorasz

It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of Bernice Gregorasz (nee Kusmirski) in her 97th year on September 22, 2021 at Kilean Lodge in Grimsby.  Loving wife of the late Stanley Gregorasz.  Will live forever in the hearts of her son Leslie (Susan) and daughter Vivian (Frank).  Loved Babcia of Frank (Joanne), Tracey (Bill), Dawn (Gerald), Shawn (Vanessa), Star and her great-grandchildren  Taylor, Isabel, Ethan, Jake and Max.  Survived by her sisters-in-law Emily Kusmirski, Vivian Bjorklund, Jeanette Tomkowski and many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by her parents Feliksa (nee Kata) and Alexander Kusmirski, brothers Tadeusz Kusmirski (Sophie), Roman Kusmirski, brothers-in-law Joe Gregorasz (Mary) and Richard Tomkowski.  Bernice was a member of the Kola Polek for 60 years and a member of Holy Name Society at St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Church.  Special thanks to the caregivers and staff at Kilean Lodge for their kindness and care.  Friends will be received at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Friday, September 24, 2021 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.  A private funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel followed by interment at Mountview Gardens Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.  Notes of sympathy and condolence may be made at www.donaldvbrown.ca
