Obituary of Margo Lennie

We celebrate the life of Margo Lennie, born on January 1, 1947 in Chatham, Ont., a gift of the new year to parents Agnes and Stan Keenan. A desire to contribute to the greater good and love of people led to over 45 years of service as a nurse at Joseph Brant Hospital, where her patience and tenacious spirit provided strength and hope to others in their most difficult times. Her spirit lives on through her husband Archie, daughter Laura (Annalisa) and son Shawn (Jennifer). Nicknamed Mighty Mouse, she was a keeper of peace, lover of crosswords, sweet treats, scratch n’ wins and endless hugs from her granddaughters Talia and Naomi. She will be remembered as a strong, selfless soul, who was guided by a desire to connect through love and laughter with others. We are grateful to have had the opportunity to be touched by her strength, warmth and love - an impact that was far-reaching and never to be forgotten.
