Obituary of Christina "Chrissy" Kane

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother “GG” on Friday, August 20, 2021 in her 86th year.  Dedicated and loving wife of the late William (2013) and mother of Heather (2018).  Cherished mother of Tina (Brian), William (Betty), Alan and Paul.  Loving grandmother of Michael (Haemi), David (Julie), Mark (Michelle), William (Meaghan), Matthew (Gaylene), Justin (Jessica) and GG of Ivan, Eva, Ryleigh and Sophia.  Chrissy will be deeply missed by her family in Canada, Scotland and Wales.  Her family was the most important part of her life.  She will be remembered for her open heart which she gave unconditional love, always having a positive outlook on life no matter what was presented to her.  Anyone who met her would instantly adore her and she had the “gift of the gab”!  Friends will be received at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 from 4-6 p.m.  Funeral Service will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at 1 p.m.  Cremation to follow.  Notes of sympathy and condolences may be made at www.donaldvbrown.ca
