Obituary of Grace Pudjunas

Passed away peacefully on August 18th, 2021, at the age of 89, after a brief illness.  Predeceased by her husband Clement Sr. in 1984.  Loving mother of Clement, Leonard and Rebecca.  Lovingly remembered grandmother and great-grandmother.  Grace will be dearly missed by all who knew her.  A special thank you to her homecare PSW’s and the ICU staff at Juravinski Hospital.  Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Monday, August 23, 2021 from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m.  A Graveside Service will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens at 3 p.m.  www.donaldvbrown.ca
