Obituary of Joyce Humphreys

(nee Ashbaugh)

It is with profound sadness we announce Joyce’s passing on July 11, 2021 at the Juravinski Hospital in her 89th year.  She is predeceased by her husband Henry (1998).  She is survived and will be dearly missed by her brother Robert Ashbaugh, her God daughter Karen Humphreys (David), her special niece Jodi Murdock (Glenn), her cousin Laurene Rattray and many aunts,  nieces, nephews, cousin and close friends.  Due to Covid-19 restrictions, in accordance with the Bereavement Authority of Ontario facial mask/coverings are required.  Please visit the Funeral Home website to register your attendance for services due to limited space availability.  Visitors will only be accepted by scheduled appointment and will be asked to wait in their vehicle until their allotted time. If you have not registered you will not be admitted.  Congregating on premises is prohibited.  Friends will be invited to Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday, July 13, 2021 from 10-10:30 a.m.  A private funeral service will be held with interment at Woodland Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.  Notes of sympathy and condolence may be made at www.donaldvbrown.ca
