Obituary of Goran Desancic

Suddenly and unexpectantly, on Friday, July 2, 2021, passed away at the age of 50. Beloved husband of Natasa. Will be forever in the hearts of his adored sons, Marko and Novak. Goran will be deeply missed by his loving parents Mile and Smilja. Dear loved and cherished brother of Tihana and loving uncle of Eli. Goran will also be deeply missed by many family, kumovi and friends in Canada, Bosnia, Serbia, Australia, Sweden and Austria. Goran had a love and passion for music and was an accomplished accordion player with Orkestar Seva, where he touched the lives of many with his talents all across Ontario. Forever in our hearts. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Thursday from 5-9 p.m. Pomen 8pm. A private family Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 9, 2021 at 11 a.m., with The Very Reverend Father Djuro Samac officiating, which will be livestreamed onto the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home Facebook page. Interment to follow at Mountview Gardens Cemetery. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, in accordance with the Bereavement Authority of Ontario facial mask/coverings are required.  Please visit the Funeral Home website to register your attendance for services due to limited space availability.  Visitors will only be accepted by scheduled appointment and will be asked to wait in their vehicle until their allotted time.
