Obituary of Alan Duffield

Peacefully at home, surrounded by his family, on July 1, 2021 at the age of 72. Predeceased by his loving wife Pauline. Survived by daughters Janet (Randy), Karen (Tyson), along with 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.  Alan will be missed by his brother Roy (Pauline), sister Andree (Brian) and many nieces and nephews. Also predeceased by brother Ian (Louise), nephews Marc, Gary, Steven and great-grandson Xander. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Monday, July 5, 2021 from 1-3 p.m. A private family funeral service will be held, with cremation to follow. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, in accordance with the Bereavement Authority of Ontario facial mask/coverings are required.  Please visit the Funeral Home website to register your attendance for services due to limited space availability.  Visitors will only be accepted by scheduled appointment and will be asked to wait in their vehicle until their allotted time.
