Obituary of June Honsinger

Honsinger, June (nee Lockley)

Passed away peacefully at St.Peter's Hospital (3W) on Saturday, May 15, 2021 just 17 days shy of her 92nd Birthday.  Cherished mother of Thomas (Brenda), Linda (deceased 2006), Fred, and Rod (Tina).

June was a proud grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt to many.  Dear friend of Sherri (Bob).

Beloved sister of Richard (Judy),  Predeceased by sister's Marjorie, Doris, brother Frank and sister-in-law Norma, Husband Gordon (1991) and Companion John Cope (2017). 

In lieu of flowers, donations to Heart & Stroke or Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family. 

Visitation will be held at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. 

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, in accordance with the Bereavement Authority of Ontario facial mask/coverings are required.  Please visit the funeral home website www.donaldvbrown.ca to register your attendance for services due to limited space availability.  Visitors will only be accepted by scheduled appointment and will be asked to wait in their vehicle until their allotted time. Congregating on premises is prohibited.
