GREEN, Kathe Julianna It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the passing of our mother after a courageous battle with cancer, on Thursday, May 6, 2010 at the McNally House, Grimsby. Beloved wife of the late John Selwin Green. Loving mother of Peter and his wife Wendy Witt, Beverley and her husband Zen Steciuk, Annette Guenther and her husband Rene Venne, Cheryl and her husband Fred Gilbert, Oliver and his wife Donna Green, Nicole and her husband Case Vanderwel. Loving Oma of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Loving sister of Herbert Braune of Kitchener. The family would like to thank Dr. Kahn, Dr. Liaconis and the staff of McNally House Hospice and to all our friends for their care and compassion. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Monday, May 10, 2010 from 2-3 p.m. In keeping with her wishes, a short service celebrating her life will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel at 3 p.m. Cremation to follow.
