Obituary of Stana Kapelj

It is with deepest sorrow that the family of Stana Kapelj announce her passing on Sunday, April 25, 2021 after a brief illness.  She is survived by her husband Nikola and her three adoring daughters Dana, Olivera and Gordana. Pre-deceased by her brother Milan Popovic and lovingly remembered by her sister Mika Surla and family, brother Rade Popovic and family, and brother Dusan Popovic and family.  She will also be remembered by extended family members, Kumovi, friends and neighbours.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private funeral service will be held.  If desired, donations may be made to St.Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church on Barton Street or Stara Raska Humanitarian Organization.
