Obituary of Dr. Keith George Millar

Peacefully surrounded by his loving family at the Juravinski Hospital on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 in his 77th year. Beloved wife of the Reverend Joanne Millar (nee Thompson) for over 40 years.  Predeceased by his parents Andrew and Marjorie Millar and survived by his mother in-law Margaret (the late Harold Thompson).  Dear brother of Marion (the late Raymond Golden) and their families Judy (Gerry), Andrew (Bonnie) and Jeffery (Sophie).  Norman Millar (Francine) and their families Elaine (Jason) and Patrick (Dominique).  Loved brother in-law of Jim (Karen) and their families Sarah (Scott) and Michael.  Uncle Keith will be missed by his many great-nieces and nephews especially his little sweethearts Gabrielle and Emma.

Keith worked at his beloved profession, dentistry, for over 53 years.  He was a faithful member of the Stoney Creek Community Church and an active member of the Gideons, and visited the Hamilton Detention Centre weekly. Keith was also, actively involved in mission trips, he loved to ski, play hockey, play chess and was an avid Montreal Canadiens fan. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. 

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Gideons. 

At Keith’s request cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held once COVID restrictions have been lifted.  Notes of sympathy and condolence may be left at www.donaldvbrown.ca
