Obituary of James Ralph Bardy

Jim passed away on Wednesday, March 17, 2021. Beloved husband of Heidi for 54 years. Loved father of Scott Bardy and his partner Karen (and her daughter Jordan) and Melanie Bardy-Thom and her husband Edward. Devoted grandpa to nine awesome grandchildren Darien, Lexi, Gabby, Draiden, Tilson, Tommy, Jacob, Lucas and Emma. Dear brother of Phil, Len (a.k.a. Joe), Allan (Diane) and Lisa (Sean). Will also be sadly missed by many friends and a large extended family of Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews at Six Nations and Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory. Friends and family will be received at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Sunday, March 21 from 2-4 p.m. Cremation to follow. A graveside service will be held at Tapleytown Cemetery on Wednesday, March 24 at 3 p.m. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, in accordance with the Bereavement Authority of Ontario facial mask/coverings are required.  Please visit the Funeral Home website to register your attendance for services due to limited space availability.  Visitors will only be accepted by scheduled appointment and will be asked to wait in their vehicle until their allotted time. Congregating on premises is prohibited. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
