My most sincere condolences. Bruce was a trusted friend, inspiring role model and mentor and we got to know each other very well as he and I and several others spent many hours together working to improve the sport of Ringette and its officiating in particular. Bruce's gentle approach always made even the most difficult situations more manageable. Soft spoken and always with a twinkle in his eye, Bruce made us all better. He'll be missed.

We offer our sincerest condolences to the family of Bruce. He was such a wonderful man. We got to know Bruce and Bernice at Stoney Creek United Church where they sat directly behind us. It was always a delight talking with them about their adventures down South. May your many memories of him bring you some measure of comfort.

One of my favorite pictures of my beloved father! Dad loved to laugh and he loved the sun! He was a wonderful provider, loving husband, kind and giving friend, and a great Dad. We will always miss you, but know that you are in a better place and that you will be waiting with Mom for us to be reunited again.
Love,
Wendy (Heaslip) Quinton and Larry

It is with great sorrow that I read of Bruce’s passing and extend my sympathy to all of you.
It was always such a joy to see their smiling faces whenever they would visit me at the CAA office to purchase their medical insurance for their annual trips to Florida.
May he Rest In Peace and may all of you treasure the wonderful memories you have shared and find comfort that they are together again.
Most sincerely,
Janice Booker

With appreciation,

My condolences to the Heaslip family on the passing of your husband, father, grandfather. It was just yesterday that I was looking through ancestry online at the list of neighbours we had on Woodbridge Road. When your family’s name came up I thought about the summer that I babysat for you. It seemed like a strange coincidence that I opened the paper and read the obituary. So many years have gone by but I will always have fond memories of Woodbridge road. May he Rest In Peace.
