Cam, please know that we are thinking of you at this time.
We have so many memories of being neighbors and best friends for almost 20 years. I want to share just a few with you.
We could never begin to count the number of card game we played where Marg and I might have cheated just a little bit, but wining WAS the most important thing after all.
The many pranks we played on each over the years and have shared with others still bring a smile to my face.
The weekend we went to Ottawa to visit Marg’s sister. We woke up to a little snow and my Bob had to move the car. For some reason he couldn’t get any traction so you and the other Bob went out to push. You pushed and pushed and for some reason no luck until my Bob said “blank blank the emergency brake is on”.
The night Jane and Craig and you and Marg decided it was necessary to go for a midnight swim and dragged us out of bed. We stayed up the whole night.
The time both Bob and my Mom were in the hospital and I was really stressed, not a word was said. Marg just took our kids and you drove me to the hospital.
We have only one regret that after learning you had moved just around the corner to Stoney Creek we never found the time to pick up the phone and have you over.
