Dear Evan, as you and your family celebrate the life of Yvonne today we wanted to share our story. We loved Yvonne immediately. She embraced each of us as part of the family so effortlessly and with so much warmth. Her love and care were demonstrated through the lovely 3-4 course meals she made for us – we couldn’t believe (1) how she found the time to be so skilled in the kitchen, being the busy career woman she was, and (2) how she always had a freshly baked, incredible looking dessert every single time! We will especially miss her amazing Buche de Noel every year and the extra savoury garlic from her garden, everything Chris and Betty and Mollie and Evelyn so generously shared with us over the many [25+?] years. She was an exceptional and beloved mother-in-law and we felt so blessed to have her in our lives. She will be missed so much.
