SHARP, Diana (nee Black)

Diana Sharp passed away at home on March 12, 2020 days after celebrating her 90th birthday. Preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Ross Sharp, Diana was a loving mother to daughters Heather Skibeneckyj (Roman), Lori Taylor and son Howard Sharp. She was a beloved grandmother to her 6 grandchildren Jimmy, Steven, Michael, Sheri, Michelle, Holly and 5 great-grandchildren. Diana was born in Toronto to Elizabeth and Charles Black and grew up with 4 siblings: Jack, Bill, Charles and sister Elizabeth (Betty), all deceased. As a mother, Diana was a quietly strong, determined and wise woman who instilled in her children a good work ethic and a desire to strive to do better. As a friend, she was fun-loving, kind and caring. She treasured both her family and her friends.
