Nina truly is being missed already! We first "Panyi Nina" down in Florida, as we are also owners down at Lehigh. We would speak in Ukrainian to each other and quickly discovered that we didn't live that far away from one another up "in the Great White North", she in Hamilton, and we in Georgetown. She was a very caring, loving and giving person. She would always be inviting myself and my daughter Melannya for "chai" . She was always making homemade soups and wonderful desserts while in Lehigh. Lehigh Resort won't be the same without her there! She mentioned to me, when we were there in November/December that she tried calling me once when we were all back in Ontario, but she didn't leave me a voice mail message. I was sad that she didn't and told her, had she left me a message, I would have called her back. Melannya and I regret that we never did visit her in Hamilton, as we intended to. Panyi Nina was very happy to hear that Melannya is expecting a baby boy in January 2020. I am glad that she knew this . We are very sorry not to be able to attend the Panachyda tonight (we were planning to). our condolence to ninas family,we know her quite well us swimming buddys from westmount pool.... for many years sharing info stories and good advice nina did had a great hand with plants and gave s many times tomatoeseedling plants from her garden. we will cherish her memory for a long time god bless Heidi and frank

Hello to Nina's family. My husband Terry and I met Nina at the Lehigh Resort in Florida 17 years ago. I feels like I'v known her for such a long time. She was a great lady! So easy to love. We all loved her. We met in the pool there at the resort. Your mom was just so much fun. She had a great sense of humor and a real sense of "purpose" in her life here on this earth. Everyone at the Resort loved your mom. She was a wonderful friend and just a lovely person. She always was the gentle lady. My husband likes to cook and he would give her a meal or two there at the resort. She returned the gesture by making some of her homemade goodies for a dessert for my husband!
