Obituary of Dusan Kopac

KOPAC, Dusan

Peacefully, at the Juravinski Hospital, in his 84th year. Predeceased by his parents Vaso and Stana Kopac.  Beloved husband of Sofija for 61 years. Loved father of Bill, Louie and his wife Donna. Cherished grandfather of Melanie and her husband Matthew. Dear brother of the late Ljuban and his wife Milka, brother-in-law of Jovan and Milica Madjercic.  He will also be remembered by his nieces and nephews Mike, Mirko, Dan, Jovan, Boban, Goran, Steve, Mark, Stefanie, cousins Dusan (Vesna) and extended family. Dusan will be sadly missed by family in Canada, United States and the former Yugoslavia.   Special thanks to the caring staff at Juravinksi Hospital, 5th floor and the many PSWs who cared for Dusan over the last 5 years especially Christian. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Thursday, December 5, 2019 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Pomen 7:30 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 6, 2019 at 11 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel with The Very Reverend Father Djuro Samac officiating.
