FABRIS, Sergio Italo

Passed away peacefully at Juravinski Hospital in Hamilton on Saturday, October 26, 2019. Predeceased by brother Mario Fabris and sisters Renata Persello and Luciana Fabris. Survived by brother Alessandro Fabris. Beloved partner of June Tesan. Sergio will be remembered for his easygoing nature and ready smile. The family extends their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Karim Ladak, Dr. Alexandra Farag and the staff at Juravinski Hospital who provided extraordinarily compassionate and thoughtful care to Sergio. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 from 3-6 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation would be sincerely appreciated.
