It truly saddens me to write this message for Brian, who meant so much to his friends and family. Every time I saw Brian, he would never fail to make everyone in the room smile and laugh. I’m going to miss his funny, adventurous stories and his carefree attitude. I believe that you can learn something from everyone. Brian taught me to not take life so seriously and reminded me to enjoy the simple things. I’m glad I got a chance to get to know Brian and will always keep memories of the fun times we had in my heart. My thoughts and prayers are with Brian, his family and his friends through this tough time.

Brian : I am shaken by your passing . You have given me so many feelings over your 33 years . I have been happy, sad, angry, and proud of you . You were one of a kind , an original , personality plus . You had the biggest smile (piano keys) . As my first nephew (or niece) you were always my favourite . I've held your hand as you took some of your first steps , tossed you the baseball , the football , the frisbee , watched you graduate school , and become a tradesman . As you stumbled through life's pitfalls , I stumbled too . When you triumphed , I swelled with pride .
It is so rare to cross paths with someone like you , a meteor , a comet . Yet you were my family , my blood . I have been so honoured .
Give 'em hell on the other side , they won't even know what hit them , and save a spot beside you for me .
Love you , Uncle Steve
