LOVE, William

Peacefully, at The Wellington Nursing Home on August 9^th, 2019 in his 78^th year.  Beloved husband of Judith Love.  Cherished father of Trevor (Rita), and Troy (Christa).  Loving poppa of Daniel, Elizabeth and Alex.  Also remembered by his brothers, sisters, family and friends.  Bill had the ability to meet people easily, but being a wonderful husband, father and grandfather is what truly defined him.  He had a passion for classic cars, a great love for fishing and just being a truly active, hardworking man.  He was one of a kind!  Special thanks to the staff at The Wellington Nursing Home for their wonderful care and keeping Bill comfortable.  Friends will be received at Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  Funeral Services will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, August 14^th at 1 p.m.  Interment to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations to Alzheimer’s Society would be greatly appreciated.  Notes of sympathy and condolence may be made at www.donaldvbrown.ca
