Obituary of Charlie (Chic) Eli Anger

ANGER, Charlie Eli It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Charlie (Chic) Anger, on Wednesday, September 12, 2012, in his 76th year. Beloved husband of Margaret for 56 years. Cherished father of John (Shirley), Glen (Cheryl), Ivy Rose, Lenora (Leon) and David (Gwen). Grandfather to seven grandchildren and great-grandfather to twelve great-grandchildren. Predeceased by sisters Shirley and Joyce. Sadly missed by his brother Harvey and his sisters Ester, Betty, June and Margaret. The Anger family, at this time, would like to thank Charlie's best friend Brian Kaufman, for being there for us. Charlie was a painter who took pride in his work. He also enjoyed playing music and singing. Charlie was always there when someone needed help, we will miss him dearly. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, September 18, at 11 a.m. Interment White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
