MITCHELL, Robert G.

It was with love in our hearts, we held Rob's hands as he peacefully passed at the age of 54, June 20, 2019. He will lovingly be held in the heart of his best friend and soulmate Dawn, his wife of 31 years. He was a devoted, proud and cherished father to Kayla (Kevin). Dearly loved brother of Bill (Cynthia), sisters Elaine Eissfeldt (Ted) and Lori Ciotti (Peter). Dear Uncle of Lauren, Candice, Amy, Michael, Nicole and Jessica. Predeceased by his parents Roger and Donna. Rob found true friendship, love and support from his in-law family:  Bob, Penny, and Rachelle Gervais (Andy). He was a proud respected member and electrician of I.B.E.W. 105. His kindness, humour, compassion and generous spirit will be greatly missed by all that crossed his path. Family and friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Tuesday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Binbrook United Church on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Binbrook United Cemetery.
