Obituary of Betty Bolton

BOLTON, Betty (nee Harris)

Passed away peacefully on May 19, 2019 at the age of 90. Betty was most known for having a sweet tooth and will be remembered for always having “room” for dessert (sometimes 2) with her loved ones!  Betty was full of vigor and life; and was always giving to others.  Dearly loved wife to her predeceased Husband John for 68 years.  Loving Mother to her predeceased son John Walter (Sandra) and Mother-in-law to Al Kovacs.  She will be lovingly remembered by her Grandchildren Lisa Kovacs, Tara (Mark) Aubrey, and Michael Bolton.  Adored by her Great-granddaughters, Deanna, Kerstin and Marrissa.  She leaves behind many extended family members.  A special thanks to all the staff at Heritage Green Nursing Home for the great care and friendship.  We would like to thank all of the extended family, friends and neighbours new and old, for all the help they provided over the last few years. Cremation has taken place. Family and friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Monday, May 27, 2019 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 10:30 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at Mountview Gardens Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, please have that dessert and live life like Betty did and fondly remember this sweet lady.
