Dear Derick, Tanya and family, Diana and I were very sad to hear about your Dad (Hartley) passing away. As everyone knows, I spent a lot of time with Hartley and Janet and you guys and your grandparents when I lived in Toronto and whenever they came down home. Stoney Creek was always a great place to spend the weekend. I always felt right at home in your home. Camping in Gaspe was always a blast as well. Please accept and pass on our sincere condolences and know we’ll be thinking about all of you on your difficult day. Hope to see you all soon! Danny

Hartley and myself were first cousins our moms were sisters. We had a lot of good times and spent time together in the winters when he came back from sailing and of and on through the years even though we didn't see each other as much as we would have liked but when we met up it was like no time had passed . I will always remember you old friend rest in peace. Carol and i would like to pass our condolences to family and friends.
