It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lidia on Sunday, April 7, 2019, at the age of 92 years.  Beloved mother of Mira Zahtila (John) and Emily (Nick).  Grandmother to Johnny (Kelly) Zahtila, Kristina (Aaron) Consoli, David (Melissa) Zahtila.  Great-grandmother to Carter, Kylie, Katherine, Aiden, Andrew, Olivia and Ethan.  Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Thursday, April 11, 2019 from 2-4 and7-9 p.m. Prayers at 3:30 p.m.. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Eugene’s Roman Catholic Church (corner of Parkdale Ave. and Queenston Rd.) on Friday, April 12, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery.  Notes of sympathy and condolence may be sent at www.donaldvbrown.ca
