RHEAUME, Mignonne “Mimi"

Peacefully, on Sunday, March 10, 2019, our special Mimi passed away at her home at Lincoln Park Retirement Residence in her 99th year. She was the Matriarch of our family. Predeceased by her loving husband Marius as well as her beloved brothers and sisters. Cherished mother to Roger Adams and his wife Sandra, the late Pat Adams and his wife Diane. Grandma had five grandkids and loved each one of them and their families very much. She was very proud of all of her 12 great-grandchildren. She will also be sadly missed by her many nephews and nieces. She certainly loved her nightly calls saying Good Night and love you "ma tante". She was grateful for Rose and John and their friendship. She stayed close to her Quebec roots with her calls with the two Lucette's and their families. The family would like to thank all those special people who cared for "Frenchie" this past year, especially the entire staff at Lincoln Park, our Saint Elizabeth nurses, and all of the PSW's that cared for her. You have the gratitude of our entire family. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, March 18, 2019 at 11 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel.
