Peacefully at Kilean Lodge on Saturday, March 2, 2019 in his 89th year. Loved husband of June (deceased) for over 61 years. Loving father of Glen (Brenda), Kelly (Rolf - deceased), and Ron (Christine). Cherished grandfather of Brian (Darby), Erin (Adam) and Daniel (Melany) and cherished great-grandfather of Sofia. Dear brother of Wayne (Dawn). Predeceased by his sister Joan (Joe). Brother-in-law to Carole (Jim), Norine (Fred), Brenda (Lawrence) and Lorraine (George). Over the years Don was employed by the Stoney Creek Dairy and Avondale Stores. Cremation has taken place. There will be a Celebration of Life for Don at the Stoney Creek Legion, 12 King St East, Stoney Creek on Sunday, March 31, 2019 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. In Don's memory, donations to the Kilean Lodge Recreation Department would be appreciated by the family.
