Dear June,
I was very sorry to hear of Red's passing. He was quite a man. So much so that when I was very young (about 6 years old & he was about 30) I told him I was going to marry him. Although he lived in Hamilton and my family in Montreal, he would drive to Montreal and visit us. Sometimes, he would come into the house and say to us "I brought my girlfriend." It was never a woman but a new car! He was also the loudest snorer I have ever heard! Sorry, Red! I think many can attest to this fact. He will probably keep the angels awake in heaven. He was always very good to my family and me and although I have not seen him for a long time, I will miss him, but the good memories of him will last my lifetime. I will pray for you and your family to give you strength, and for Red, that God Blesses him with eternity in heaven!
Sincerely,
Teresa

Dear June,
Our sincerest condolences on the loss of your brother, Jim. We bowled on the Monday seniors league with Jim for many years. We will always remember his sense of humour and most of all his impish grin.

Red, We had many happy times together in Montreal and in Hamilton. Watching hockey games and football games, enjoying a good drink and meal. Many parties too. I remember that you loved to dance. Your knowledge of sports always amazed me. It was in 1977 when you came to Montreal for the Grey Cup game at the Olympic Stadium, everybody went even Mom. Another time we went to Toronto for the game. I remeber staying at your house when we visited. I'll never forget when you took us to see Niagra Falls in your red convertible.I still have the birthstone ring you gave me when I was 12. You did so much for us Nantels....Thank you.... I will truly miss you!!. My love always. You and June and your family are in my prayers.
