Emily and family: It was truly a shock to hear of Fred's passing, he will be really missed at Mt. Citadel. He loved working in the gardens at the Corps and the beautiful results now are due to my of his works in years past. A pleasure to have known you Fred.

Dear Emily and Colleen. So sorry to hear about your beloved Freddie. I haven't heard from you since last Christmas with our regular Christmas card exchange. I know you you will miss him dearly.
