I have had the pleasure of living next door to Pearl for the past 6 years. Pearl was a lovely neighbour and friend. Always a smile and a story about the neighbourhood from years gone by or her plans to get her hair done, visit a family member or a night of cards. I know, in days to come, when I look out my kitchen window, I'll always see Pearl out there tossing peanuts to the chippies and squirrels. My deepest condolences to the family. Grandma Bush always had a smile when you saw her, kind, had a big warm loving heart to everyone, played a great game of euchre every time we did. A lot of great memories with her. She will be truly missed by everyone. God bless you, rest in peace.

My adopted "Auntie Pearl" was my very first friend. When I was a young child, I always knew if no one answered the door at my home, I only had to go a few doors down and there would be a door open. Thank you to Pearl, for being such a wonderful friend to our mother. Thank you to the Brown grandchildren for sharing your grandmother with me. She was an incredible woman, with an amazing memory. Even the last time I saw her only a few short months ago, she asked about each of my children and nieces & nephews by name - she never forgot any of them, and I will never forget her.
