KNIGHT, Cassie Dorothy

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family at St. Peter's at Chedoke in her 97th year. Cassie proudly served her country during WWII in the WAAF. She was always thrilled to regard herself as a Veteran. Survived by her sister Doreen and brother Alan (Brenda) in England. Predeceased by her sister Eileen and brother Bert. Loving mother to Tony, Rosemary (Barry), Jill and Graham (Ann). Beloved Grandma of Shannon (Thorsten), Jenn (Vitor), Kate (Carlo), Joy (Scott), Sarah (JJ), Jamie and Elizabeth. Extra special GG to Lukas, Thomas, Ana, Mikayla, Maddyson, John, Ben and Maddie. Heartfelt thanks to the staff of St. Peter's for their compassionate care. A celebration of life will take place at Sinclairville United Church, 63 Sinclairville Road, Haldimand, on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 11a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Sinclairville United Church or Wellwood Cancer Centre would be appreciated. Arrangements have been entrusted to Donald V.
