TOWNSEND, Doreen (nee Taylor)

Peacefully on Friday, November 30, 2018, at Ridgeview Long Term Care. Beloved wife of the late Alan (1977). Cherished mother of Grant (Colleen) and Cheryl (Murray). Beloved grandmother of Kayla (Rob), Brittany, Alan, Sarah, Ben, Nathan and great-grandson Keaton. Loved sister of George (Barb) Taylor and the late Beverly (Desmond) Clarke. Special thanks to all of the staff at Ridgeview Long Term Care for all of their loving care. Doreen was a long time employee of Reliable Administrative Services of  UA Local 67. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Donald V. Brown Funeral Home, 36 Lake Avenue Drive, Stoney Creek, on Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 1 p.m. until the time of the Memorial Service at 3 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Juravinski Cancer Centre, would be appreciated by the family.
