Obituary of Victoria Skrtich

SKRTICH, Victoria

Passed away peacefully on November 30, 2018 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Hamilton at the age of 87 years.  She is predeceased by her husband John Skrtich.  Survived by her daughter Susan Skrtich, son Richard Skrtich and his wife Candace Thacker, brother John Ilecic and nephew James Ilecic.  She will also be greatly missed by her sisters-in-law Denise Skrtich, Mary Skrtich, brother-in-law George Skrtich, nephews Gary, Mark and Joseph Skrtich.  Also remembered by her friends, the “Card Ladies” who survive her.  At. Victoria’s request cremation has taken place and a private interment will follow.  A celebration of her life will take place at a later date.  The family would like to extend their gratitude to the staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital, especially Dr. Zahira Khalid and the staff at Queen’s garden Long Term Care Residence for their compassionate care.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Donald V.
