BALAS, Phyllis Violet

Passed away peacefully on Friday, November 16, 2018.  Survived by her sisters Constance,  Yvonne (Glenn Brown), a niece Marina (William) and their children Shelby and Graeson, and a nephew Ryan (Sarah).  As per Phyllis’s  wishes cremation and a private interment will take place.  Arrangements entrusted to Donald V.
